The ACT consists of four sections: English, Math, Reading and Science. The highest score a student can receive for a section is 36. A student's composite score is the average of the four section scores.
Congratulations to the following students who earned a perfect score of 36 on the ACT (composite and/or section) in February!

- Donation collections are taking place Thursday, April 4.
- See the email sent Monday, April 1, for a list of what each homeroom is responsible for donating.

Parking for 2024-25
It's time to start thinking about carpools for the 2024-25 school year! Only rising juniors and seniors are eligible for a Bishop Watterson parking lot spot. Primary registration for the 2024-25 parking lottery will be held digitally May 7-8. Only carpools with three or more students may be registered during this window. We will open up waitlist only spots to carpools of 2 or less the week of May 13th. We are conducting the lottery process in May again this year in order to ensure that students have the best chance of filling their carpools.
Looking for your child to join a carpool? While BWHS does not arrange carpools, we can pass your information along to upperclassmen who are looking to fill their cars for the 2024-25 school year. If you are interested in joining a carpool, click here to complete a Google form. If you already have an established carpool, please do not complete this form.

Report Cards Posted
Third quarter report cards are now available online through your PowerSchool parent account.
To access your student’s report card, click on Student Reports on the left side of the screen to view archived report cards.
Report cards should be considered a snapshot in time, taken after final grades are received each quarter. Any changes to those grades will not be reflected until the next quarter's report cards are available.
If you are having trouble accessing your student’s report card or have any additional questions, feel free to contact Jay Forker at mr.forker@bwhs.org.

Grandparents Day 2024
Register by April 12
On Friday, April 19, all Bishop Watterson students are invited to bring their grandparent(s) to spend the day with them at school.
Grandparents are to arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. If students are arriving with their grandparents, they are requested to drop off their grandparents at the Dominican Hall entrance. Parking lot supervisors will then direct them to a parking spot. If students are arriving at the start of the school day, they are requested to meet their grandparents in Dominican Hall at 8:30 a.m. Students not bringing a grandparent to school are still expected to arrive at school by 7:45 a.m.
Once at school, students and grandparents will enjoy doughnuts and refreshments, BINGO, a photo opportunity, music, the art show, and much more. The morning will conclude with an all-school Mass at 10:45 a.m. with Bishop Fernandes to celebrate our grandparents. Students will be dismissed for the day at 12:30 p.m.
Please fill out the form at the button below by Friday, April 12 to register your grandparents. We look forward to having them join us for this special day!
