Happy Friday, Warrior Families!

This week was busy! The week started with 9th & 10th-grade students testing in PARCC, MAP, and Science. Our 11th & 12th-grade students visited museums, played Top Golf, and learned basic rescue techniques from DC Fire. Tonight we cap off the day with our senior prom!
As we move into the next week, I have five items for you to do to help us have a great week ahead. We hope you can make many of these events as we would love to see you at each:

  3. Tuesday, May 17 - Register your student to join our young leaders in Pathways 2 Power as they host the only youth lead Mayoral Forum at the MLK Library (See below). While you are at it, could you check to see if you are registered to vote and make a plan to vote on or before June 21?
  4. Wednesday, May 18 Senior Families - Our first round of senior portfolios starts. Could you double-check your email to see when your student's portfolio date? Please remember that students must complete a portfolio to be eligible to graduate.
