WARRIOR WEEKLY Feb 21st - Feb 25th
Happy February Break Warriors,

2022 has been a roller coaster! We started with remote learning and navigating through the peaks of omicron. We close out the first semester and solidly to the third quarter. On Wednesday, we can open our doors to meet with some of you on campus for the first time in two years! This week was Another fantastic week of hard work, dedication, and resilience.

Please remember that all students and staff need to take a rapid test Sunday, February 27, before returning to classes. Families will submit student test results to this link: https://forms.gle/UcmjWj3Jbppbw2Cr6. Please check with your student for the COVID-19 test kit provided to them or visit a District COVID Center or a Rapid Test Pickup site to receive one. If you have other questions about rapid testing, please check our FAQ here.

Have a restful break, and we look forward to seeing your student Monday, February 28 at 8:30 am!

SY 22-23 Enrollment

Registration is a two-step annual process for all TMA students.

Step 1 (Intent to Return) opened on January 31, 2022Families must complete this Intent to Return form -->SY 2022-23 Intent to Return Form <-- by March 1, 2022 to notify the school of their plans to have their child return for the 2022-2023 school year. Failure to submit the form by the deadline may result in the loss of your child’s enrollment seat for the 2022-23 school year.

Step 2 (Registration) will open to all families on April 4, 2022. Families must complete the registration process (completing annual forms, providing required medical/dental forms and submitting valid DC residency documentation ) during the month of April. Documentation will be provided electronically at the beginning of April to complete this process.

At the District's new COVID Centers, individuals now have access to vaccinations, boosters, and take-home rapid antigen tests, as well as a new walk-up testing opportunity that will allow residents to administer and register a PCR test themselves. With extended hours and fixed locations in each ward, these COVID Centers represent the District's long-term commitment to ensuring health equity and accessibility for all District residents.

All sites will be open six days a week, as late as 9 p.m., and sites will rotate days so that on any day of the week, multiple COVID Centers will be open across DC.
