Your role as angel is critical to the success of every class. For most classes you will help prep the dishes, greet guests, assist me during the demonstrations, clean dishes and pack up for going home.

There are many things you will receive in return: the class for free, coaching from two professional chefs, a delicious meal, the recipe / information packet and lots of gratitude from me.  You will meet interesting, like minded people and truly enjoy yourself. Because the classes are strenuous I have a special bonus thank you gift which you will receive at the class.

Please let me know if you are interested in any of these.  You can simply reply to this email heather@rawbayarea.com

Sincerely,
Chef Heather Haxo Phillips
