Home run for learning at Truist Park

Third-grade students at CES got a behind-the-scenes look at Truist Park this week, from the broadcast booth to the dugouts. They explored where players and staff bring the game to life, delved into the history of the Braves, and discovered how statistics play a crucial role in baseball. This field trip was funded, in part, by the Carrollton City Schools Education Foundation through the Enrichment Experience program, which aims to provide more field trip opportunities for students in the district. How to recognize and replenish dehydration

It's important to stay hydrated by replenishing 2-3 quarts of water daily, lost through sweating, exhaling, and waste elimination. Many fruits, vegetables, and greens, high in water content, aid hydration. Dehydration may trigger hunger-like cravings. Follow the daily water intake guidelines for men and women to maintain proper hydration.
