4. Improves physical function
5. Can do it at any age
6. Can do it any place
7. Reduces risk of breast & colon cancers

our
December
Patients of the Month
"I started going to Gindele Chiropractic when my Doctor recommended that I seek chiropractic care for my hip that had been hurting. I literally hobbled into the office and walked pain-free out after my first adjustment. It was a miracle! Of course, it wasn't that easy -- my body went back to its old ways and we worked on a plan to "teach" it to stay aligned. I am so much happier since I have started coming here! When I saw that they treated children, I immediately signed the kids up. They have all seen benefits from being adjusted, especially Owen. His headaches went away and we all sailed through October with no illnesses. (In years past this was the WORST month for us with bronchitis, pneumonia, etc...)
I am now working out with Dr. Brie every Monday and Friday and getting even stronger thanks to her guidance and nutrition tips. I seriously do not know where we would be without the care that they have shown to us. We are all truly grateful."

Eat Well.
Zucchini noodles: Peel the zucchini, once the thick green skin is gone, continue to peel the zucchini into a bowl. It should peel into "noodles". Use as you would any other noodle. Done! Raw green veggie in place of carbohydrate-rich noodles. ENJOY! |
