The Angel Fund's 20th Annual Walk of Hope for ALS will be held this Saturday, September 11th in Wakefield, MA., in person on Wakefield's Lower Common. We are excited to see you all after a year of isolation.
For those who have already registered for the Walk - THANK YOU!
There is still time to gather family and friends, create your team and join us as we walk for those who are living with ALS and those who have lost their courageous battle to the disease. Walk as a team or as an individual and all funds raised go to ALS research.
Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. T-shirts will be provided to registered walkers. Dunkin' Donuts will be on hand to provide coffee and donuts to registered walkers! Snacks, water and pizza will be offered as well. We have a balloon twister to delight children of all ages and music.
Angel Fund President Rich Kennedy and Dr. Robert Brown will kick off for the Walk at 11 a.m. after the release of the doves Our walkers will walk the 3.5 miles around Lake Quannapowitt after their remarks.
