A big
thanks to you
in urging the city council to change course and fund programs and efforts to make Cupertino the bike and pedestrian friendly community that we all want.
- Cupertino Bike/Ped16 Plan Kickoff meeting - Alta Designs has been hired and the formation meeting is scheduled for Oct. 14th. FMI: contact David Stillman at
- Cupertino Bike/Ped15 Update - As you can see in town, the Green Lane Painting is substantially complete and if receives very positive reviews. The remaining 15 items to be completed this fiscal year remain to be scheduled.
- Stevens Creek Trail Update - Each participating city (Cupertino, Mt. View, Los Altos and Sunnyvale) are reviewing the plan as it stands. City positions and possible plan endorsements could be completed by mid-November. FMI see: http://tinyurl.com/SCTrail-link
Most residents near the proposed pathways through Cupertino and Los Altos are strongly opposed.
