Fall 2022 Financial Aid Disbursement will occur Monday, September 26. This means the Financial Aid Office will disburse student aid to student accounts to be paid toward student bills. This is not the financial aid refund date.
If students have a credit balance after their aid is applied to their bills, credit balance refunds will be sent on October 4.
*Please note the following*
- If you have classes that have not yet started, this could affect your financial aid disbursement and refund amounts.
- If you are a student loan borrower, only the first half of student loans are disbursed on September 26. The second half of student loans will be disbursed on November 1. Any credit balances due to students from the second half of loan disbursements will be refunded to students on November 3.
If you have any questions regarding disbursement or refunds, please contact the financial aid office at financialaidoffice@wvncc.edu
