About Us
wsnlogo
WSN founder Denise Baril identified that there were many quality training resources companies were not accessing for their employees (ranging from free to fee). In addition to not knowing about these resources, Denise found that the planning and execution of workplace training often was to the bottom of the pile of the to do list. Leaders who were in charge of training, were having to deal with other priorities such as: hiring, firing, and crisis response activities. Therefore training to engage employees was not getting the attention it needed. Denise saw a giant leak in the business pipeline. Companies valued training as critical to their long term sustainability, but did not have the extra hands to get it all done. WSN was created as an innovative, collaborative platform companies could access 24/7 so the job of matching training to company needs gets done on time and on budget. WSN brings workplace stakeholders together so all can create solutions to future challenges effectively.

WSN is the "go to" place speakers and experts position their current training options so companies who need them find them today!
