Provisional Supplemental Rules & Important Info

VIRginia International Raceway is just around the corner!

DISCLOSURE WORKSHEETS are due 6/23/23 for any cars that need annual WRL tech at this event. Failure to submit disclosure worksheet by the deadline may result in DQ or non-classification for the event. If you have extenuating circumstances please let us know at race@racewrl.com so we can work with you.

DRIVERS must be entered into MotorsportReg by 6/23/23 at 11:59 PM ET.

Please ensure all drivers are entered by this deadline to avoid a $25 at-track driver registration fee.

2023 WRL VIR Provisional Supps/Schedule

Available Add-ons

Extra 4h HPDE $500/weekend: This option gets you an additional 4 hours of non-timed practice on Friday before the race!

Garages: $750/garage per weekend

Camping/Power: $100/weekend + VIR camping fee @ guard shack.

ACTION ITEMS

WRL tech is annual - if you have not tech'd your car in 2023 you must submit a completed disclosure worksheet w/ dyno no later than 6/23/2023 to Race@racewrl.com if competing at this event. Failure to submit by 6/23/2023 may result in your car being DQ'd from podium results / points if tech cannot be completed in time. If you have already tech'd this year and do not need to make changes, no action is required.

You must bring 2 physical copies of your disclosure worksheet to tech inspection.

All drivers must be registered for the event on Motorsports Reg as well as have an up-to-date WRL membership. If you have trouble or questions with driver registration please email Registration@racewrl.com

All drivers must have a 2023 helmet sticker on their helmets. If you do not have a 2023 (23-XXXX) helmet sticker you must bring a physical copy of the form to registration along with your helmet.
