Below you will find logistics about credentials, staging, and load-in information, along with facility maps and more!

Note: provisional supplemental rules may have accidentally included "Code-35" language at some point - we will NOT be using Code-35 for this event.

Pay special attention to paddock traffic flow maps below in this email and note that ALL Saturday race traffic must travel through the "Rolex" chute only - direct access to pit lane from the yellow garages will not be possible.

Load-in

When released from staging you will proceed towards blue garages and will be stopped to verify where you will be parking. Trucks will be released from staging in the order they arrived.

  • Non-garage paddock - please be respectful and take only the space you need.

  • All garage rentals include 1 (and only 1) 14'x100' parking space per garage purchased behind the garage it is associated with. Slide outs, etc should not extend over the white lines separating rigs.

  • If you have more trailers than garages/parking spaces the additional trailers must be parked in the non-garage paddock adjacent to yellow garages.

  • Absolutely NO camping in the garage areas. These garages will be locked at the times indicated on the schedule. You must vacate the garage area by those listed times.

  • Overnight camping is allowed ONLY at the lake Lloyd area noted in the map above. First come first served camping pass is required, $150 @ registration - includes power / water.

  • Personal vehicles should be parked ONLY in the personal vehicle parking area on the SOUTH end of the paddock behind fuel pumps. Overflow parking in the lot adjacent to the international horseshoe.

  • Personal vehicles must NOT be parked in the blue or yellow garage areas. Personal vehicles may be used for pick up / drop off of fuel and items. Cars parked or abandoned in the garage areas will be towed at owners expense. Do not block fire lanes.

  • If you need to tech your car, proceed to tech as soon as possible after parking and unloading so we can get all vehicles tech'd in a timely fashion.

NOTE: Race Control & timing will be in the tower and will not have public access. Paddock-side race control and stewards room location TBD and will be announced in driver's meeting.

Paddock Traffic Patterns

Please pay special attention to the below traffic patterns which will be different from day to day.

ACTION ITEMS

WRL tech is annual - if you have not tech'd your car in 2022 you must submit a completed disclosure worksheet w/ dyno no later than 5/27/2022 to Race@racewrl.com. Failure to submit by 5/27/2022 may result in your car being DQ'd from podium results / points if tech cannot be completed in time. If you have already tech'd this year and do not need to make changes, no action is required.

You must bring 2 physical copies of your disclosure worksheet to tech inspection.
