Shipping/Deliverables
If you need to have tires or fuel delivered, you can have that shipped to Barber the week of the race, no sooner (starting Feb 26.) Barber will hold them in the Race Control Building.
ALL SHIPMENTS ON PALLETS MUST BE ON A TRUCK THAT HAS A LIFT GATE. IF THERE IS NOT A LIFT GATE, THE FACILITY WILL REFUSE THE SHIPMENT.
Parking
Please email Jaycie at registration@racewrl.com for open parking spots! We have a few available on the second level and plenty in the RV section.

Dyno Hours
Dyno hours will be Friday - Sunday 8AM-7PM.
DUE TO DYNO / SOUND HOURS DYNO RUNS ON THURSDAY WILL BE EXTREMELY LIMITED OR UNAVAILABLE - BE SURE YOU COMPLETE YOUR DYNO TESTING PRIOR TO ARRIVING AT THE TRACK. DYNO WILL BE AVAILABLE ALL DAY ON FRIDAY BUT LACK OF DYNO WILL RESULT IN QUALIFYING TIMES BEING DISREGARDED
This is being strictly enforced by Barber. Please make sure you have compliance dynos completed before the event as we will likely still be loading in around the time the dyno must be silent.
First official qualifying session is at 9:20am, cars missing dyno sheets will not have times counted until tech / dyno is complete.
(Friday's Qualification 9:20AM-5PM).
Credential Hours
Credentials will start on Thursday 8AM-5PM in the staging Lot (G).
After load-in credentials will be in the Porsche Experience Center only. If you do not arrive during these open hours, you will not be allowed into the facility, plan accordingly!
