Hello all,
White Pine Council is committed to volunteer recognition and are creating a few new awards just for White Pine volunteers.
These awards are not from National Recognition and only awarded to volunteers within White Pine.
Outstanding Council-Wide Group Event
Awarded to a group who ran a successful event involving multiple groups
Section Awards - Beaveree/ Cuboree
Awarded to a volunteer organizer who has organized a successful council section event.
Youth Scouter Award
Awarded to an outstanding youth volunteer who is also a Scouter
Greg Mills Environment Award
Awarded to a volunteer who is outstanding in environmental activities, such as recycling program for events and camps, tree planting advocate, trail clean-up, etc.
We need your help. We would like all scouters to send us nominations for these awards.
Please send your nominations with a short narrative about why this person would qualify for any of these awards by June 16th to usack@scouts.ca
