Cap Ex Commercial

Commercial real estate is both complex and simple. Every transaction is similar in many ways while also being different from all others in some way.

Having a real estate partner who is able to guide the transaction — and is able to embrace each nuance while keeping your interest as the guiding principle —provides you the comfort of knowing that risks are mitigated and a clean transaction can be had, even in complex scenarios.

FIVE MONTHS TO TOURNAMENT WEEK

CONNECTING FANS TO BALTIMORE'S BLACK HISTORY AND CULTURE

We are excited to welcome back students, alumni and basketball fans for the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Basketball Tournament in Baltimore this February 20-26, 2023! In 2022 this longstanding tradition saw 66,000 fans spending $8.3 million at local businesses and we look forward to building upon that success.

Visit Baltimore is committed to supporting and promoting the small and minority-owned businesses that make Charm City a distinctive destination. There are many opportunities to showcase dining, retail, attractions, museums and nightlife across our many neighborhoods and Main Streets. Please look for this email every month leading up to the tournament for tips and invitations to get involved with the CIAA.

More than 800 CIAA fans downloaded the Black-Owned Business Directory and BOP Pass during last year's tournament, and 10,000 copies of the directory were manually distributed to attendees. Don't miss the opportunity to have your business featured in the hands of fans looking for things to do in Baltimore this year! If you would like to be included, please email Erica Rodrigues, Director of Marketing.
