April 10: Special Education Task Force LUNCH & LEARN Series: SEQA

SEQA and its Regional Offices support parents and school districts regarding students with disabilities. SEQA offers technical assistance, resolves State Complaints, and provides special-education mediation. Learn from speaker Kathleen Milliman, Chief of Special Education Services- Upstate SEQANYSED and Facilitator, Jean M. Lucasey, Esq. Of CounselThe Law Office of Elisa Hyman, PC. Participants will learn about SEQA's role, the State Complaint process, and resources for special education.

Social Security Eliminates Overpayment
