2024 Annual Meeting Athlete Clinic

Wisconsin Swimming will be hosting an athlete clinic as part of the 2024 Annual Meeting Weekend in Madison.

The Clinic Date is Sunday, April 21

Time 10 AM - 1 PM

Location is the Madison West High School Natatorium

Athlete Fee: $50/ athlete

Special Guest Presenter includes Dr. Monna Arvinen-Barrow

Highlighting What is the role of psychology in swimming? Where does race confidence come from? How do you know when you need help wih your mental performance and where to find it.

The tenative schedule will be:

10-10:15 check in and arrange groups

10:15-10:20 change and groups head to classroom or pool based on assignment

10:20-11:20 First Group

11:20 - 11:40 change and head to either pool or classroom based on group assignment

11:40-12:40 Second Group

12:40-1PM Change and Athlete Pick Up

The window to submit meet packets for Sanctions or Approvals will open on February 25, 2024

All requests MUST be done thru the online form found on the Wisconsin Swimming website. Emailed requests will not be processed. Click the button below to bookmark the site.

Be sure to use the meet packet language guide to minimize any delay in processing.

All sanction/approval requests must be submitted 30* days PRIOR to the meet start date.

Meet Bids for the 2025 Championship Meets may be submitted beginning MARCH 5, 2024.

All bids MUST be submitted via the online bid form for Championship Meets. Emailed and paper bid requests will not be accepted.

The Championship form is not the same as the regular season meet bid form. Any regular season meet bids submitted thru the Championship form will be DELETED without notice.
