WHEN I Am Weak!!! 3/24/24
2 Corinthians 12:7-10 (KJV)
7 And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.
8 For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me.
9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.
WOW!!! WE celebrate the victors and the “successful”-the rich and POWERFUL, the “rulers”-the movers and shakers-the Apostle Paul GLORIED in his “INFIRMITIES!!!”
2 Corinthians 12:5 (KJV)
5 Of such an one will I glory: yet of myself I will not glory, but in mine infirmities.
He further clarified his many accomplishments in Jesus in stating:
“WHEN I AM WEAK, THEN I AM STRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!”
I stand by my new ball cap that declares:
“I CAN'T-BUT I KNOW A GUY!!!”
That GUY is JESUS!!!!!
WHEN WE “come to the end of OUR rope,” Jesus is there!!!!

If there is ONE THING I have learned and learn more and more each day, is that without Jesus I “can do NOTHING!!!!!”

5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
Even our Lord and Savior, Jesus could “do nothing of Himself!!!”
John 5:19 (KJV)
19 Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.
Beloved, the quicker we realize this TRUTH, and GET OUT OF GOD'S WAY, the better!!!!!
