Village of Whitefish Bay Official Weekly Newsletter

Message from the Village President, Kevin Buckley

A few Whitefish Bay factoids:

  • Every quarter, WFB sends out 4,300 utility bills. 88% are sent out via postal mail, 12% by email.
  • Just 20.2% of residents take advantage of automatic-ACH utility payments.

Help us save on postage and staff time: GO PAPERLESS.

Fill out this short form, email it with a picture of a voided check, and staff will get you set up!  See below for details.

Have a great week! -kb

Why Is The Village Hall Phone Ringing?

How do I set up automatic withdrawal and/or paperless billing for quarterly utility payments?

Fill out this form to set up paperless billing and/or ACH payments, then submit it with an image of a voided check to x.ramos@wfbvillage.gov.

If you submit a form on or before Friday, March 15, 2024, automatic withdrawal will be set up for the April 2024 billing and all future utility bills. Please contact Xenia Ramos, Assistant Finance Clerk, at x.ramos@wfbvillage.gov with any questions or if there are any changes to your bank account information.

Have a question? Send us an email or give us a call at (414) 962-6690.
