|
DEADLINE TODAY!
Friday, April 13th
to nominate your open

Sponsored by:
The headquarter house (last year's pictured above) serves as a point-of-contact for the media and public, as well as a supply station (balloons, sign riders, etc.) for SAR members during the weekend event when the SAR is closed.

SpokaneOpen.com, the weekend of the event,
April 28-29.
SAR members may take advantage of special negotiated rates with the

REALTOR® Brand Evolution
|
The iconic REALTOR® block R logo was created in 1973, when the majority of NAR's current 1.3 million members were under 10 years old.
Since that time, the real estate industry and the REALTOR® organization have changed dramatically with advancements in technology and new consumer expectations. While your business has evolved over these past 45 years, the logo that represents you today is the same as it was in 1973.
Our new REALTOR® block R logo (pictured above) maintains the equity and recognition of the current bold, powerful and trusted trademark, yet modernized to meet the realities of today's marketplace and digital distribution.
We've referred to the new logo as a "new dimension," which reflects an organization that has become more dynamic, fast-moving, member-centric and future focused.

Legal Hotline: Winning the Offer Battle |
NEW!
Washington REALTORS® Legal Hotline lawyer
Annie Fitzsimmons kicks off a new series!
In part 1 of this series, imagine that your buyer cast too much caution to the wind and found themselves forfeiting earnest money, or maybe regretting having paid too much for the property, or possibly found that the property was riddled with conditions that they weren't aware of.
If your buyer loses that battle, you as the agent could be the collateral damage in the loss of that war.
Buyer might be likely to blame you saying that you failed to caution them sufficiently about the risk they were undertaking.
Annie wants to talk about some of the standards that are considered to be buyer protections.
