YOUR WEEKLY HEALTHY HOME NEWSLETTER
The way that the Y is serving our members today is a little different than it was yesterday. We are working hard behind the scenes to ensure that you have the tools and resources to keep your family healthy during this time. In addition to fitness classes online and community outreach, we have added a blog to our website. Our local YMCA Directors will be sharing recipes, videos, tips and their expertise to ensure that you are still getting the very best in health and wellness.
The Y is so much more than a gym. Now more than ever before, we feel the weight of our responsibility to our community, our children, our families and seniors we serve, and to you.

We will face these difficult challenges together, and become stronger and better than ever before. As always your YMCA is walking toward adversity, and finding ways to fill the needs of our neighbors and friends. Thank you for staying with us during this time.
YOUR YMCA ANYTIME
We continue to share resources to keep our community safely connected, active and healthy during this time in spirit, mind and body via online fitness classes. Our YouTube channel, Facebook page, and website are valuable resources that will help you and your family stay active and engaged. Subscribe and follow!
