TOUCH NOT THE LORD’S ANOINTED

To whomever the Lord has anointed, we are to do no hurt or harm whether by physical actions or by negative words. The key is anointed. To be anointed means that the Holy Spirit is upon a person for a purpose that God has ordained. It might be a prophet, a priest, or a king.

In 1 Samuel 26:6-11 King Saul was asleep with his army. He was guarded by Abner as he slept. David and Abishai went undetected to the slumbering King Saul. Abishai offered to kill Saul where he slept. David forbade it. David said in verse 9, “…who can stretch forth his hand against the LORD’S anointed, and be guiltless?” Then in verse 11 David further said, “The LORD forbid that I should stretch forth mine hand against the LORD’S anointed?”

Saul had been anointed by the prophet Samuel at God’s direction to be king over Israel. Saul even prophesied under that anointing. However, later Saul was disobedient and lost his anointing as we see in 1 Samuel 15:26 which says, “And Samuel said unto Saul, I will not return with thee: for thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, and the LORD hath rejected thee from being king over Israel. Again in 15:28 it says, “And Samuel said unto him, The LORD hath rent the kingdom of Israel from thee this day, and hath given it to a neighbour of thine, that is better than thou.”

David, like Samuel, had loved Saul and did not want to see him die in spite of the fact that he was no longer God’s anointed. Saul lost that anointing through rebellion.

In Jeremiah 29:24-32 we see that Shemaiah sent out letters to all Jerusalem and to the priests claiming that the LORD had made him the high priest replacing Jehoida, God’s anointed high priest. Shemaiah also came against God’s anointed prophet Jeremiah, claiming him to be no prophet at all.

Shemaiah had come against the LORD’S anointed ones both Jehoida and Jeremiah. What was God’s response? In verse 32 he said that Shemaiah would never have a male born into his family line because of his rebellion against the LORD’S anointed.

When God has placed someone, anyone, in a position of authority, we should be careful not to come against them as Shemaiah did. It is an act of rebellion against God. That person may even have departed far from God’s ways, but who are we to speak against them? God will bring correction in His own way and in His own time.

Our words carry life and death. If you think a leader is wrong, pray for them instead of speaking against them. Do them no harm by word or deed. Touch not the LORD’S anointed.

MIXED MARRIAGES

There will be some that will not like what I share. Racism is at an all-time high. There is so much hatred even in the church, but I need to address this. Many years ago, I was praying and talking to God about family and many different things.

I have never had a problem with the color of one’s skin. I have never determined one’s value by the color of their skin. As I was praying, I asked the Lord how He felt about mixed marriages, and this was His answer:

“Helen, who is my church?” I answered, “Those that are saved, Lord.” He asked again, “Helen, who is my church?” I answered again, “Anyone that is born again, Lord.” He asked the third time, “Helen, who is my church?” I said, “Lord what are you wanting me to say?” He responded with “Where do they come from?” I said, “They come from anywhere in the world, Lord, China, Russia, Japan, Africa, England, American, and everywhere else if they are saved.” Then He said, “Helen, who is my bride?” I answered, “Your bride is the Church, Lord.” He said, “That is right, now you know how I feel about “mixed” marriages!” Then he went on to say, “My bride is made up of everyone in every country regardless of ethnicity. It isn’t about the color of their skin. A mixed marriage is not of ethnicity, it is an unbeliever with a believer.”

That conversation with the Lord settled it for me. A mixed marriage isn’t about the color of one’s skin. It is about sin. You cannot mix a non-believer and believer and have unity. It just will not work.

Israel found itself in great distress when they intermarried with those that did not believe in the Lord Jehovah. It always brought their nation down. God told them not to marry those that served other gods. The same thing is true for a Christian. A Christian should never marry a non-Christian because that marriage is doomed to fail. In fact, you should not marry another Christian that has different beliefs and doctrines than you have. It will only cause division, causing that marriage to suffer greatly. We are not to be unequally yoked!

Racism comes from our sin nature my friends. God hates it. We should hate it too. When we look beyond the skin to the sin, and repent of the sin, the skin will make no difference. We should never judge a person by the color of their skin.

Do you have a problem with “mixed” marriages? Then examine your heart and let God remove the sin. I pray that the body of Christ will grow up, walk in love, and become what God intended it to be.

PROPHETIC WORD

AS GIVEN TO HELEN SANDERS

Listen, listen, listen my children for I have much to say. It is in those quiet moments that you come aside and listen that you will hear my voice. For I would say to you that there will be many uprootings this year. There will be much tearing down and there will be much resolve from my remnant to stand strong. For only those that are willing to go through the tearing down and the uprooting will be able to go forward in my power. I am uprooting things that will cause you to stumble if you do not let them go. I am tearing down strongholds that have oppressed you and caused you to lack. For in this year there will be such a shift that many will be left without hope because they did not take the time to listen. For I am about to bring many suddenlies upon this age. There will be many sudden deaths of those that have not been obedient and have not repented of their sins. The sin may not seem large to you, but they are large to me, saith the Lord. For there is no time for debate when it comes to sin. I cannot have my body be unholy. For I am coming for a bride without spot or blemish. Many are in the valley of decision, and must make the right decision now before it is too late. Many are in bondage to things of the flesh, and those things must go or you will be taken out saith the Lord.

For those that listen and obey, I will open up the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that you would never have dreamed of. I am opening new doors that will bring in blessings beyond what you could have ever imagined. I will bless those that have listened because they have forsaken so much for my kingdom. I reward obedience saith the Lord. For in this hour you shall see many things happen. There will be a turning away from me like you have never seen. Many will blame me for what will soon happen, but it is sin that has brought what is coming. There will be much chaos this year, greater than ever before. Many will lose loved ones that have not surrendered their all to me. This is not a time of game playing. For I have extended my hand of mercy over and over. Many have received it but have continued in their own soulish ways. This is not the hour that things will remain the same. For darkness is coming in such a way that only those that are listening to my voice will be able to go through this time. For yes, kingdoms shall rise against kingdoms, and many lives will be lost. There will be war and there will be bloodshed. But for those that have determined to walk in my ways they shall not only be seen through this time as heroes of the faith, they shall lead many to my light. This season is not for the weak of heart. This season is for those that know their strength comes from me and me alone. For I will be there with them through what is coming. Remember, there will be many suddenlies. Not just sudden deaths, but there will be sudden moves to place you strategically where I need you to be. Be obedient to the call my children and you will be safe. But if you hold on to what you think is best then you will not be safe. You must not let things be your motivation in all that you do. Your motivation should be to please me and me alone. For I alone know what is best for you. There shall arise one that will bring false hope, but this person is not of me. This person is a deceiver. Do not listen to those that say all is well, for all is not well. For a nation that has not repented will not be able to stand. Do not look to man to bring any change, for only I AM the one that can bring life out of death. Now unloose yourself from all entanglements that would trap you and cause you not to walk in my way, and be led by my Holy Spirit and you shall do great exploits for my kingdom saith the Lord.

The time comes that we’re all faced with the important question of…”What should I do now?” Just know this decision must be made IF…Your heart’s desire is to; Successfully move on with life, while maintaining your joy, your peace; And being certain that your Christian walk is always pleasing to God. Now this decision includes you knowing who, when, where and how to; Kindly but ever so firmly separate yourself from some people, some places and some things. So today, I pray that you’ll be greatly blessed and highly favored; As you prepare your heart and life to walk CONFIDENTLY into this your brand new season. Just remember to always be; DISCIPLINED while you DISCOVER more about this SEPARATION; For the time is coming for the ESCALATION of your own Godly ELEVATION.
