Online registration for our 2024-2025 classes starts Tuesday, May 7th!
Dancers will receive registration information in class this week, which is also linked below. Please let us know if you have any questions. We are looking forward to our 30th season at WDC!
REGISTRATION DATES
Tuesday, May 7th - Thursday, May 23rd: Registrations will solely be accepted via our online platform. If you require aid or encounter difficulties with online registration, kindly reach out to us prior to May 23rd for assistance.
All registrations submitted by Thursday, May 23rd will undergo random numbering and classes will be assigned accordingly.
Monday, June 10th: Registrations will be accepted from families new to WDC.
Payments - Registrations and payment information must be submitted online. WDC will process payment for the registration fee ($20 for a single student; maximum of $35 per family for multiple students) and September tuition (see class schedule for tuition rates). Payment for registration and September tuition must be received for registration to be complete. Payments will be processed between Friday, May 24th and Friday, June 7th.
Please note - WDC will be moving to a new card processing company for our online system next week. All accounts will need to update their credit card information when submitting their online registration.
Refunds - There is no refund on registration fees. If cancellation is requested by August 15th, September tuition will be refunded. However, September tuition will not be refunded beginning August 16th.
Levels – Dancers in tap/jazz classes will receive a recommendation form from their teacher if they will be in 2nd grade or higher in September. The instructor will recommend the appropriate level for dancers.
Age groups - Ages/Grades are based on the 24-25 school year and student's age as of September 1st, 2024.
Waiting lists - Those who are not able to be placed in their first choice due to class size restrictions will be notified by Tuesday, June 4th via email with available class options and may also choose to remain on the waiting list for their first class choice.
