The Essential Teaching Workshop (ETW) helps you understand your own experience of Christian meditation in the light of a greater tradition as well as through the experience of others with whom you share the journey. Often participants in the ETW have found it an inspiring and energizing experience, by encountering the richness of the tradition within a real community.
The style of the weekend is relaxed, informative and engaging. Friendships often form during an ETW which enrich the lives of the participants for years to come. Each attendee receives a copy of the book Sharing the Gift with its resources drawn from many people's experiences of introducing meditation in the Christian tradition.
Whether you have never attended an ETW, or have been to one or more, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to be renewed and to deepen your practice, as well as to connect with others on this faith journey. Scholarship monies will be available.
