This year, at the Rotary Convention in Singapore, there will be an area called the WASH HUB in the House of Friendship. Situated in one of the busiest areas, there will be regular presentations on WASH topics by organizations, other Rotary Action Groups, and fellow Rotarians.

WASH-RAG and B.R.E.W. - WOW !

In Singapore, Beers Rotarians Enjoy Worldwide (BREW) will donate $4,000 to the WASH Rotary Action Group. Since 2018, BREW has donated $35,000 towards clean water. WOW ! Come celebrate this significant partnership and learn more about the BREW Fellowship, on Tuesday, May 28, at the Lion Brewery in Singapore.

Yaouba Ibrahim, WASH Ambassador, joined the Rotary Club of Kumbo, Cameroon, as he wanted to change the lives of the indigenous nomadic people in his community by providing them with clean water.

After completing the project, he talked with an elderly woman and it changed how he defines Rotary.

The stigma and taboos related to menstruation and the lack of period-friendly toilets cause millions of women and girls from reaching their full potential.

Established in 2014, Menstrual Hygiene Day (MH DAY) has contributed significantly to breaking down barriers and encouraging menstrual health hygiene.
