Just a quick email today to ask you to please vote for the North Conway Library in the First Annual Best of Mount Washington Valley contest.

Click here and then vote for the Library as Best Charitable Organization and vote for Bike for Books as Best Charity Event. And feel free to nominate your favorite library volunteer as well. 

Please do it real soon since the first round will end tomorrow (Sunday) at midnight. After the nominations of the first round are counted and the nominees validated, the top vote-getters will appear on a Final Ballot. It would be so great if the Library could make it to the final round!

In the meantime, I will be working on the next 'real' newsletter where I will list all the new items, books & DVDs, that we got in March.

Patron Survey
Thank you so very much for participating in our survey! Over 400 patrons gave us valuable feedback which will help us plan for the library's future. Among other things, now we know that there is a strong demand for weekend hours, maybe morning hours, too. We will have to decide if we should close one afternoon to be able to implement this hours or if we should start a fundraising campaign to add these hours onto the existing hours. Stay tuned- we will keep you posted!
