Be a difference maker at SPS
Thank you for making a difference! We couldn’t do what we do without hundreds of volunteers helping our students, teachers and staff each year. The work our volunteers do is priceless and impacts the district in a variety of ways. If you haven’t applied to volunteer for the 2022-2023 school year, please do so today!
You've been approved as a volunteer, now what?
We’re so glad you asked! You will be contacted via email confirming your volunteer approval status, acknowledging your background check has been completed and you’ve been entered into the District’s visitor management system, Hall Pass. After you receive email confirmation of your approval status, please reach out to your school’s volunteer site coordinator regarding volunteer opportunities.*

*Please note many of our volunteer site coordinators will not be back to school until late August.
Unable to continue volunteering?
If you will no longer be available to volunteer for SPS, please email jbblake@spsmail.org so that your name is removed from the fingerprint system.
Please note once your name is removed, you must complete the fingerprinting portion of the process again if you choose to volunteer for SPS in the future.
