Water Bottles:
We would like to remind all of our volunteers to bring your own water bottle (BYOWB). The festival will not have plastic water bottles or plastic cups available on site to become more sustainable for the environment. Water stations will be available during set up and tear down week as well as over the festival weekend. Be environmentally friendly, keep hydrated and BYOWB!
Volunteer Camping:
The festival is offering weekend tent camping to volunteers for the discounted rate of $30 (all weekend). Volunteers can reserve and pay for a volunteer camping spot by calling 250-833-4096 or stopping by the festival's office.
The camp site for volunteers is located in Blackburn Park near the ball diamond.
Please note volunteer camping is on a first come first serve basis, tents only, no showers, no pets but there will be water stations. No vehicles on the campsite however volunteer parking passes are available for the volunteer parking lot.
If you have any type of camper please note volunteer camping is tents only. The volunteer camping area unfortunately can not permit vehicles to be driven on site. Campers are ONLY permitted in regular festival camping at regular prices. Regular camping can be purchased online, please see bottom link.
