KNOW YOUR CONTRACTUAL RIGHTS!

At the June 13th General Membership Meetings, members brought to our attention that they are being Mandatorily Cancelled or asked to take a 4-hour Voluntary Flex.

Know that accepting the 4-hour Voluntary Flex, DOES NOT remove you from the Mandatory Cancellation Log. Voluntary Flexes are not part of your contract.

BEFORE MEMBERS ACCEPT THIS 4-HOUR VOLUNTARY FLEX,

KNOW YOUR CONTRACTUAL RIGHTS!

• Document the name of the person you spoke to.

• If you volunteer for the 4-hour flex ask to be on-call as per Article; On-Call, 42.3.



• If you are mandatorily canceled exercise your rights as per Article; Cancellations, 48.5.
