Each September, Virtua sends out a survey questionnaire asking nurses to rate their satisfaction with terms and conditions of employment. Be mindful when responding to the survey questions as these items are mandatory subjects of bargaining, including:
Salary, hours of work, health care coverage, holiday pay, training, bonuses, shift differential, PTO, workload, bereavement leave, and more.
As we prepare for negotiations in the new year, your "Overall Satisfaction or Dissatisfaction" will position us as we prepare to bargain your new contract.
REMEMBER, YOUR CURRENT COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT EXPIRES FEBRUARY 28th, 2024.
