Join school division leaders from across Virginia at the 37th annual VSBA Conference on Education. Attendees will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of mini-workshops which highlight successful practices in Virginia’s school divisions. Participants will leave with many great insights and practical ideas. After the roundtable presentations, attendees will break into regional meetings to discuss pertinent issues coming up for their particular regions.

Spotsylvania schools interim superintendent announces resignation | Spotsylvania County Public Schools Interim Superintendent Carol Flenard announced Thursday morning that she is leaving the school division effective June 30. Richmond School Board adopts FY23 budget, increases bus driver pay | The Richmond School Board voted Tuesday to increase bus driver pay to $23 an hour and approved recommendations to cover funding shortfalls in order to balance the upcoming budget. The fiscal 2023 adopted budget of $557.7 million is broken down by a $354.2 million general fund, a $201.1 special revenue budget and a $2.4 million capital improvement budget. | | |
