Nuisance violations may be next step.
As shown in the photos below, residents utilizing the Town’s yard debris program have been placing debris at the curb that are outside of guidelines. Guidelines for the program can be found here. Violations going forward will result in the debris being left uncollected and if not removed, will lead to the issuance of a nuisance violation by the Town.
Abusing the program could lead to the cost to all property owners increasing or even the Town Council terminating the program.
Please be mindful of what you place at the curb and we appreciate your cooperation!
