2021 Tax Bills Mailed
2021 real estate and personal property tax bills were mailed Thursday, December 9, 2021. Please allow five days for delivery. Bills will also be available on Access Dane on December 20, 2021.

2022 Dog Licenses
2022 dog licenses are available and required for all dogs five months of age and older. The application for a dog license is online. If you licensed your dog in 2021, you should have received a renewal email for 2022. If you did not receive that email, you can email customerservice@windsorwi.gov for a link to renew online. If you are submitting an application for the first time, you can use the following link: New Dog License Application

Public Information Meeting
Upcoming Roadway and Bridge Replacement Projects:
Windsor Road and Charlie Grimm Road
The Village of Windsor is in the preliminary design phase of infrastructure improvements (water, sewer, roads, sidewalk/paths and storm water) on Windsor Road (from River Rd to CTH CV) and Charlie Grimm Rd (from Windsor Road to Golf Road). There will be a virtual public information meeting on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 6 p.m. to discuss this project. Instructions for attending the meeting are below:

Holiday Hours
The Windsor Municipal Building will be closed the below dates due to holidays:
  • Friday, December 24, 2021
  • Monday, December 27, 2021
  • Friday, December 31, 2021

The Windsor Recycling Centers have moved into winter hours and are typically open the first Saturday of the month December thru February. However, because the first Saturday of the month for January 2022 is a holiday, the Recycling Centers will be open Saturday, January 8, 2022 from 8 am to 4 pm.
