Refuse & Recycling Collection Change
In an effort to streamline curbside refuse and recycling collection, starting the week of January 31, 2022, all Windsor residents will have collection on Tuesdays. Previously, Windsor had three days of collection during the week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday). Refuse will be collected weekly on Tuesdays and recycling bi-weekly. Refer to the refuse and recycling map and calendar for recycling collection weeks.

Code Enforcement Listening Session
The Village of Windsor will be hosting a virtual listening session on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 5 pm to gather information from residents regarding complaints of blighted buildings and properties; tall grass and weeds; snow and ice removal; fences, sheds, and pools; inoperable vehicles; and miscellaneous junk and debris. As the Village of Windsor continues to grow, the frequency of complaints has grown. The Village Board and Staff want to hear from the residents on ways to improve code enforcement in the Village of Windsor.

Test Internet Speed Survey
The Madison Region Economic Partnership is collecting data regarding internet speed to better understand the broadband infrastructure in the area. To help them gather data, please complete the brief speed tests both at home and work.
