Absentee by Mail: Application must be in writing. You can submit an application at MyVote Wisconsin.

In-person Absentee: In-person absentee voting occurs at the Windsor Municipal Building from March 19, 2024 to March 29, 2024. Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm except for Friday, March 29, 2024 the office will be open until 5:00 pm.

Election Day - April 2, 2024: Polls are open from 7 am to 8 pm. We have two polling locations! Make sure you know your polling location on Election Day. Find my polling location.
Registration (Proof of Residence Document Required):

Clerk's Office: Register to vote at the Windsor Municipal Building during normal business hours until Friday, March 29, 2024.

Polling Place: Voters can also register on Election Day at their polling location.
You can verify your voter registration by visiting MyVote Wisconsin. Please note the options to register online and by mail have closed ahead of the April Election.

Perform skilled and semi-skilled work related to the operation and maintenance of the Water and Sewer Utilities.

Code Compliance Specialist:
Respond to complaints on, investigate violations of, pursue compliance with, and issue citations for various sections of Windsor's Code of Ordinances, and assist with building permit administration.

Dogs: Leash, Clean-up, License | |
Leash: Dogs must be leashed and under the control of a person when off-premises of the owner. This includes on the Village paths. This is for the safety of all. Please also note that dogs are not allowed in Village Parks. In the Token Creek Conservancy, dogs are only allowed, on leash, at the Elmer & Edna Culver Site.
Clean up: Please promptly clean up after your dog.
License: Don't forget to license your dog for 2024. Dog license applications can be completed online.

Shred Event:

Who: Event Open to Windsor Residents Only. Must have Recycling Centers permit.

Rules:
- Accepted materials:
- Paper products only (file folders, checks, junk mail, old tax forms, etc.).
- Note: Staples, paper clips and rubber bands do not need to be removed.
- Amount allowed:
- Residents can bring the equivalent of up to 3 boxes of paper or 3 bags of paper = 50 pounds. Plastic bags cannot be shredded. It is preferred that customers bring their material in paper bags. Please note that the items will still need to be dumped out of the paper bag or box.
- Materials not accepted:
- No three ring binders, no hanging file folders, no binder clips, no plastic sheet protectors
- No media such as CD's, floppy discs, tapes or credit cards

Electronic recycling also occurs, select dates, at the Windsor Recycling Center at 4160 County Highway V in May. Visit the Recycling Centers webpage for more information.
