Municipal Building Drop Box Temporarily Closed
Please note that the Windsor Municipal Building Drop Box, 4084 Mueller Rd., will be closed March 17 to April 6, 2022.
April 5, 2022 Spring Election
Absentee Ballots are being mailed this week to voters with applications on file.

Options to Return Your Absentee Ballot:
  • Mail: You, as the voter, place ballot in mail.
  • In-Person (Before Election Day): You, as the voter, deliver to the Windsor Municipal Building. Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
  • Polling Location (On Election Day): You, as the voter, hand deliver to polling location. Hours 7 am to 8 pm.

Due to a recent court ruling, absentee ballots cannot be placed in a drop box.

Spring Reminders
Windsor Recycling Centers will be open March 19, 2022 from 8 am to 4 pm. Starting in April, they will be open spring hours. Refer to Recycling Centers web page for details.
Spring Brush Collection will occur the week of April 18th. Refer to the Brush Collection web page for rules and regulations.
Dog License Reminder
State Statutes and Village of Windsor Ordinances requires all dogs five (5) months of age or older, to be vaccinated for rabies and licensed. Register your dog before April 1st to avoid the late fee.

Plant Dane - Deadline March 22nd!
