  1. the tariffs imposed and threatened by President Trump against imports into the US,
  2. the tariffs imposed and threatened by the EU, China, Canada, Mexico, India, Turkey,
  3. the exclusions from the US tariffs already granted
  4. the process for obtaining exclusions in the future.
