Local Artist to Feature Painted Wine Barrel at Par Lounge

In celebration of the upcoming November Ramona Arts, Wine & Music Festival, Par Lounge created a special Meet the Winemaker Event on Wednesday, Sept. 25. SDCE artist Jonathan Martinez, winemaker Elaine Lyttleton from Hatfield Creek, and musician Ashley E. Norton will be featured. Experience this event from 5:30 - 8:30 pm, meet Johnathan, and see the finished wine barrel!

Johnathan creates art that connects with people. The vineyard theme on the wine barrel will resonate with wine enthusiasts and art lovers alike.

Par Lounge Favorite Ashley E. Norton Returns from European Tour

If you missed seeing and hearing Ashley in August, that’s because she was touring in Europe. She brought her unique voice, infectious smile, and original Americana tunes to an audience that hadn’t had the pleasure of seeing her in person since her 2019 tour with former band Whitherward.

SDCEA Equestrian Committee Event: Evacuation & Emergency Preparedness Clinic

The San Diego Country Estates Association (SDCEA) Equestrian Committee hosted an Evacuation & Emergency Preparedness Clinic on Saturday, September 7. Experts discussed horse evacuation planning, trailer safety, and emergency response.

2025 Budget Update & SDCEA Member Community Workshop - Tuesday, Oct. 1, 6 pm

The 2025 draft summary budget will be available for review by SDCEA homeowners on Saturday, Sept. 28. Copies of the budget can be picked up in the Administration Office or at Member-Guest Services. The draft budget will also be available on the sdcea.net website's Member homepage after you log into your account.

A Community Workshop will be held for members on Tuesday, Oct. 1, at 6 pm in the San Vicente Room at 24157 San Vicente Road to discuss the draft budget. The final 2025 budget will be approved at the Oct. 22 SDCEA Board Meeting at 7 pm in the San Vicente Room.

A Friendly Reminder from the Community Relations Committee

The Community Relations Committee (CRC) reviews homeowners’ non-conformance with community guidelines, focusing on issues like trash can concealment. During monthly meetings, the committee offers residents opportunities to address special circumstances.

Pups’ Time to Shine at the BowWow PowWow

Dogs and their owners will be dressing up and competing in fun categories at the Kiwanis Club of Ramona’s 16th Annual BowWow PowWow Dog Show.
