It is time for the Chocolate Trail (Feb. 2-3 & 9-10) and we are planning a fun visit for you.  We will have a fresh carnation for each lady and we will serve two chocolate treats paired with Texas Star wines.  One treat will be wine mini-cakes with a soft chocolate ganache sauce, a super dark creamy chocolate.

We are releasing the Chocolate Mandarin Orange wine on February 2nd!   It will be a part of the trail, but we will also pour tastes in the tasting room.

The Richards Civic Association is having a fundraiser on February 9th, the second Saturday of the trail.  They are selling chili with all the trimmings.  I think after eating chocolate at several stops, chili would be good.  Richards is one mile from Texas Star.  The Civic Association will start selling at 1 pm and will sell till the chili is gone.
