This email is a copy of a recent email blast that was sent out to over 800 people regarding one of our dinner dances that we promote throughout Long Island and the 5 boroughs during the year.
To the right is a list of recent sponsors for a dinner dance we did in November. I would love to add you to that list!
In February we are having our first dinner dance for 2011 right here in Centereach and I want to offer you, as a member of the Greater Middle Country Chamber of Commerce, the opportunity to become a sponsor.
The program is easy and inexpensive. Here's how it works.
* There is only one business type for each dance - so make your business the one
* Each sponsor gets a business size ad in our weekly email blasts that go out to over 800 (and climbing) recipients. Many of these emails get forwarded to friends (added recipients). And, the entertainers also forward this email using their email lists (added recipients). The venue also has a mailing list (Again, added recipients). And so on.
* We are on Facebook & Twitter (more exposure)
* We blog and use on-line event calendars to reach out to more recipients.
* Each sponsor has a table tent at the event (added exposure for those who are not already on our mailing list) (perhaps they came as a guest of a recipient).
* Each sponsor is mentioned and thanked at the event.
* Each sponsor can hang a small banner at the event.
* Each Sponsor can include brochures, coupons, etc to be inserted into our sponsor bags which are handed out at the end of the evening.
Network, Network, Network.
The cost is $100.00
And all our sponsors who wish to attend an event receive discounted ticket prices!
Email Blasts for this event start January 3 so jump on board early and get 6 weeks of advertising for $100.00.
