Thom's career in 'service' began in the military while serving 4 years in the U.S. Navy aboard the nuclear fast attack submarine, USS Hammerhead (SSN-663). Following his naval service, Thom graduated from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh in 1998 with a B.A. in Education. He furthered his education at the Golf Academy of the Carolinas where he earned his A.S. in Business Development and Marketing.


Thom regularly goes above and beyond to support his colleagues. Whether through acts of kindness, learning new processes to assist his counterparts, or simply asking, "WuddaYaNeed?," Thom strives to contribute to the firm and team's success.
