Announcing Karter Thompson
Karter joined the VTC team in July as settlement processor. She majored in Business Administration in College with a focus on Real Estate as her desired career. Karter brings with her experience with settlement processing and closing real estate transactions. She is a lifelong resident of the Roanoke Valley. Outside of work, Karter enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and being outdoors. Karter and her husband are expecting a baby girl in November. Mortgage Costs Grow 20 Times Faster Than Incomes

The median family income rose by 1.2% in May while the monthly mortgage payment jumped by 20%.
