Talent Management & Social Media Best Practices Workshop

Presented by Karen Stafford, MHRM, SPHR,

Arizona Vice President - Membership Development

Mountain States Employers Council - Arizona Regional Office

In this session, we will discuss the emerging trends of the talent management industry on the backdrop of an ever-changing social media landscape.  With the daily challenge of balancing the increasing demands facing talent managers, today's pace of change basically means talent pro's need a magic wand or even a superhero cape!

In this working session, we will provide timely guidance and closely explore each piece of the talent management puzzle by sharing, networking, brainstorming and strategizing ways to maximize today's social media marketing tools to support our individual and collective success.  We will also examine related obstacles, concerns and legal considerations and in doing so, we will study all facets of the talent management spectrum as it relates to social media opportunities.

All participants will be invited to create a personalized action plan to implement their own observations and learnings immediately back on the job.
