VISD WILL HAVE A MODIFIED SUMMER WORK SCHEDULE

Beginning Monday, June 3rd, and continuing through Friday, July 26th, VISD will implement this modified work schedule, aimed at optimizing operational efficiency during the summer months.

Victoria ISD is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Gina Vilches as the new principal of Chandler Elementary School for the 2024-25 school year. Dr. Vilches joins Chandler Elementary with a wealth of experience in educational administration.

VISD is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Moeller as the new Principal of the Disciplinary Alternative Education Program (DAEP). Mr. Moeller, who has been serving as the Assistant Principal at Victoria East High School, will assume his new role in June.

FIRST P-TECH HEALTHCARE COHORT AND CTI STUDENTS RECOGNIZED DURING PINNING CEREMONY

On Thursday, May 15, 2024, we celebrated the dedication and hard work of 13 P-TECH Healthcare and 37 Career & Technology Institute (CTI) students enrolled in Practicum in Health Science - Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), who earned their pins for completing the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant Program through a partnership between VISD and Victoria College.
