Dear Barrington 220 Community, 

In this episode of All in 220, I had the chance to make a surprise appearance at a meeting for the non-profit organization Citizens for Conservation. CFC is a volunteer-based organization based out of Barrington that is dedicated to environmental preservation and restoration of the wider biodiversity that once covered northeast Illinois. 

For many years one of its long-serving members, Edith Auchter of Barrington Hills, has shared her passion for nature and volunteerism with our students and the greater Barrington community.
