Last Call for October Hot Lunch

  • Please place your Hot Lunch orders for the month of October before today at 11:00 p.m., September 25th.

  • Hot Lunch Volunteers Needed: We love being able to provide fresh meals for our school community. If you are available in the mornings, come grab a shift to help us prep the food. If you are available during lunchtime, we can use your help serving our students and staff. If you are available in the afternoon, we'd love to have you join us in prepping chicken or cutting veggies. Creating all this wonderful food also creates a full dish sink, so we could use help with clean up, too!

Warrior News

Cross Country hosted a meet last week at Fletcher Park. 51 girls and 75 boys participated in the event, with both groups running a 5K. Our Girls' Team took home first place out of 3 teams, with 4 of our girls finishing in the top 5. Hannah Stage (22.50), Emma Stover (23.29), Shea Nichols (23.46), and Aunica Thomlinson (24.40) had top 5 finishes with many other girls turning in great results. Our boys finished 5th out of 7 teams, with Callen Whitney (19.42) turning in a top-5 run. Our young boys' team had several other quality finishes to help the team achieve a 5th-place finish.

Varsity Boys Soccer won all three matches last week. The Warriors defeated The Master’s Academy 3-0, IC Imagine 4-0, and Pinnacle Classical Academy 7-0. Our Logic School Team also had an undefeated week beating PCA 2-1 and Carolina Day 2-0.

The Veritas Volleyball Teams had a busy week. The Varsity Team beat TMA 3-0, Community Christian Academy 3-0, Challenger Early College HS 3-0, and PCA 3-0. The JV Team beat TMA 2-0 before dropping contests to CCA and PCA by a score of 0-2. The Logic School Team beat TMA 2-0, and then lost to CCA 0-2. They then beat Carolina Day 2-1 to finish out the week.

Go Warriors!
