Leadership Starts with Keeping your Word to Yourself
For 19 years, I have been riding the Pan Mass Challenge. I ride about 165 miles over 2 days, from Wellesley to P-town.
Depending on the weather and my attitude it is a challenge. For the entire year I train; spinning and strength and then I get out on my bike.
Did I mention that I need to fundraise about $5,000 or more?
The only thing that keeps me on track for this mega accomplishment is: Keeping my Word to Myself, check out a recent video about my last bike ride. Recent insights.
Please support this effort, (I promised myself I would ask) 100% goes to cancer research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, particularly research on blood cancers and Stem Cell Transplantation.
Dream Factory Luncheon, Relax, Rejuvenate and Rejoice, July 20th at Lake Cochituate State Park; Barbecue and Scavenger Hunt
Its summertime and we all need to figure out how to work and play at the same time.
Many of us are rejuvenated by being in nature.
Many of us like to connect and network with like-minded people.
Our afternoon will be spent working in teams on a creative, nature-friendly scavenger hunt. Enjoy getting to know new people as you travel the grounds of the park. Swimming and boat-rentals are available if you would like to extend your day.
We will be providing a barbecue of grilled fish, salad, potato salad, dessert and cold drinks. Kids are welcome. Reduced rate for all. Must register to attend.
Everyone who joins our
Dream Factory Community does
CDO Training. It is a one-day workshop that introduces our members to the elements that every CDO needs; being a
Visionary, an Organizer, Self-Transformer and Community Leader.
