Course Description: Employees are introduced to a powerful new "Red Flag" System" not taught anywhere else. Participants learn new skills to differentiate between protected and unprotected First Amendment speech, especially off-duty on private accounts.

MODULE 4: SOCIAL MEDIA FIRST AMENDMENT -- Address specific posts and tweets not covered by the First Amendment. Avoid posts that trigger implicit bias and viewpoint discrimination.

MODULE 5: SOCIAL MEDIA PRIVACY INVASION -- Complete a survey of the current and emerging issues on social media privacy both at work and on private networks.
