Pre- Show Promotion
Facebook
- RSVP to your date of the You Better Watch Your Mouth, Sunshine! Tour. Invite at least 10 friends that are avid music listeners and may like the bands. (2 screen shots. 1 of the RSVP saying you are going and 1 of the invitation to your friends.)
- Share the Tour poster on Facebook. Make sure to tag all the bands on the tour and include the date, venue, time and a link to the tickets. (1 screenshot)

Street
- Print 40 You Better Watch Your Mouth, Sweetheart!tour posters (4 per sheet x 10 sheets = 40 fliers) and pass them out at a local show AT LEAST one week prior to your show date. These fliers should include: Date, Time, and Venue of the show. Make sure to engage the fans in conversation about the bands. (Minimum 5 photos)
Creative
- Do something awesome to promote the band. I want to see some crazy things to promote the tour. This can be anything you want it to be! (1 photo minimum!)

Put all photos and screenshots in a PDF or .doc and send to me at least 1 week prior to your show date.
At-show Promotion
- Stickers should be passed out to fans at the show. If the venue allows stickers to be places on the walls and such, no more than 3 of the stickers should be used for that. (5 photos of stickers being passed out OR 4 photos of stickers being passed out along with one where stickers were placed in the venue)
- Gather at least 20 emails on your sign-up sheet. (Turn in a TYPED UP list of email addresses in an excel spread sheet)
- During Upon This Dawning's set, take a picture and Instagram it. Comment about how great of a show they are putting on and share it to Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr etc. Tag the band and hash tag anything pertaining to the picture. (Minimum 1 screen shot included in the post-show report)
Post-show Promotion
- No later than TWO days after your show make an online review of the tour! This may be a video blog on YouTube that you post on Facebook/Twitter, or a Tumblr post. Make sure that the post included some photos from the event. Keep it genuine and mention parts of the show you enjoyed the most. Encourage your followers to check out the band (Minimum 1 screen shot)

PLEASE try to spread out your social media posts so that they don't annoy/spam your followers and they actually pay attention to your posts! Compile all of the screenshots into a word doc or pdf for submission.
