Meet our new Building Manager: Michael Erp
Michael Erp, who many know as the facilitator of the Mankind and Rainbow Lounge groups, as well as the coordinator of recent art exhibitions at the Community Center, is our new Building Manager. Michael began in the new role on 3/14.
The Community Center is housed in a 6,000 square foot former bank building. Of this, Richard Heyl de Ortiz, Executive Director, says, "Like all buildings, ours needs maintenance and attention. We also need to have a dedicated liaison to the groups that meet in and rent space in the Community Center. For these reasons, as I proposed a new staffing plan to our Board, I included a part-time Building Manager. We’re delighted that Michael has joined the team."
